Julia Shumkov is an amazing provider, she always has an immediate answer for my particular symptoms when I see her in the office. I've particularly noticed how knowledgeable she is about drugs and medicines and possible side effects. She is a good listener and never seems rushed even when I see many people in the waiting room. She seems to be especially experienced in many types of medical sub-types such as neurology, cardiology, and orthopedics as an example. I feel very fortunate to have her as my heathcare provider, she is real treasure.

I have only seen Bridget 2x but i feel as I hav e been seeing her for a long time. I was really disappointed that Rhonda retired however I really like Bridget as well. I hope other NP will be great as well! They truly listen to my concerns and provide the best care. I have recommended others to Dr Falas office as well. All staff are great. I have no complaints

Tried to get a refill on my meds today
Can't see dr fala for 60 days because I'm self paying and won't have the money till then.so they said I have to come in.itold them I can't come in for 60 days till I get money for self pay.so they couldn't refill my medication till I came in. So I asked if it was OK not taking the medication for 60 days till I get the money to see Dr fala she said she can't give medical advice on the phone..this should be illegal

I adore Rhonda, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is so attentive and thorough and really listens to you, and she is so compassionate, caring, and so sweet. Although I am a patient with a "complex health history", my two recent Post Hospital Office Visits with Dr Fala met, and exceeded my expectations.
Dr Fala reviewed w/me my Hospital records, including Labs, and extensive diagnostics. The MA's corrected the error involving my prescriptions being sent to the wrong Pharmacy & resent to the appropriate pharmacy. I am very impressed with Dr. Fala. He actually answers his own messages in the Patient Portal! I used to be a patient in a larger practice where that was not the case. Any messages supposedly sent to members of the staff through their Portal, were filtered through a girl at the front desk (maybe a nurse - who knew?) and were never read by the intended Doctor or NP. What a refreshing difference.
